Great food. Noisy but that's what it's like in a great Asian restaurant right? Lol. Service is not bad. Dim sum can be a hit or miss but overall a good place to go.

I've been going here since I was a kid visiting my grandparents for the summer and it's still amazing. They have made some more modern updates where you can scan the QR code and instantly order the food to your table. The service was great as well since they brought the food fast and were checking in. It wasn't too busy early Friday dinner so not too loud. All of the food was hot and fresh and just as I remembered. I was so happy it was just as good as I remembered since it was my husband's first time there. You can get a lot of food for your money here. Great dim sum spot!

Went for dim sum and it was great. Service was very attentive. The sticky rice wrapped in the lotus roll was mushier than usual for me but that would be me being nit picky because it tasted delicious. Everything was great. I LOVE their house tea.

So chaotic you KNOW this place is authentic. It was a crazy cold day so it seemed like a lot of people had the same idea of coming here for cozy comfort food. After getting a seat, the online ordering was easy and while they don't have cart service, they do have people that came around occasionally with dim sum options to order as you see. We got a bunch of my favorites, a chicken congee, and an eggplant dish I haven't had before but was good if you don't mind your food swimming in oceans of oil. Service was what you'd expect (one of the waitresses was SUPER sweet though despite the chaos of the restaurant). Definitely hits the dim sum craving.

Been here several times. They have a lot of tables, wait time is generally reasonable, and it's a pretty clean place. They don't have the typical carts, but they have someone come around with a tray of some of the foods. A good amount of selection and can't go wrong with it.

I've been a repeater here for many years but I just love the food! It hits all the right notes and the portions are generous. I have to admit that I miss the pre-pandemic carts. It was always such a fun experience, but times have changed. While we are branching out and trying new places, it's funny that I always compare them to Jade Garden! And I'll still keep coming back.

Jade Garden has been recommended to me by friends as one of the more solid options in terms of Dim Sum in the greater Seattle area, so I definitely wanted to pay this place a visit to checkout the food! We went on a Sunday around noon and had a 15 minute wait to get seated for 4. Located in the Seattle Chinatown, parking is sometimes hard to get by based on the time of day and how many people are visiting the area. The restaurant itself looks very unassuming on the outside, and there usually will be groups of people waiting for their spots in the restaurant. Wait-times can definitely vary, but on average (based on the two times I've visited) can vary from 15 minutes to 30/40 minutes so plan accordingly. The ambiance of the restaurant is busy, with servers flying table to table to take orders - wouldn't expect anything else from a Dim Sum place! You'll usually get all of your order items within 10-15 times. Ordering is done through their QR code system similar to how many order restaurants are doing it nowadays. Just to note - if the waiter ever offers you a dish without the pricing, it will be more expensive than you'd expect! So I would just recommend ordering straight from the menu than taking immediate offering. We ordered a good variety of items, from meatballs, to tripe, to dumplings, and more. All of the items were good in terms of flavor and texture - well seasoned and the fillings/meatballs had substance. I would say one of the more interesting things we got was the fried taro bun (? not sure if it's classified as a bun) that has meat within it - which was crispy and light on the outside and hearty with taro on the inside. In the end, we paid about $30 each ($120 total) for the experience. I would say that if you are craving Dim Sum - Jade Garden will definitely satisfy it! Mostly due to the popularity of the place, it is usually difficult to find a spot. But if I'm ever trying to get some Dim Sum in the Chinatown area, Jade Garden would be one of my picks.

Good Food, some stuff is pricey, service is typical mediocre at best, place is fresh inside on top of an old inside and outside. Walnut Shrimp - nice crispy outside, perfectly cooked pecans. Sweet but not too sweet and not too fatty. Hong Kong Dried Beef Noodle - decent wok hei, not the most but it's decent. I enjoyed it, a lil oily but not bad. Fish with veggies - nicely cooked, tender fresh fish.
